Aberdeen & Northern (Estates) team lands new Associates

Aberdeen and Northern (Estates) Limited (a division of the ANM Group) is delighted to announce the appointment of James Presly and Rod Andean as Associates from 1st January 2015.
Aberdeen and Northern Estates is a highly experienced and multi-disciplined team of surveyors who provide a comprehensive variety of professional rural and property services throughout the North and North East of Scotland. It reports strong growth in 2014 in both its agency and valuation business with a 30% increase in agency sales alone.
James joined the Estates team as a trainee surveyor in May 2007.  After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2010, James has been providing professional advice to a range of clients on all aspects of rural property matters. Most recently he has been responsible for Estates’ rural agency business and has successfully completed the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) exams providing an additional professional qualification. 
Rod joined the Estates team in February 2014 having worked in the rural property market for almost six years. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2012 and since then he has been offering professional advice to clients across a broad number of rural issues, including estate management and valuations. Rod is now responsible for the valuation services offered by the team to clients.

The health and wellbeing of our employees and customers remains our priority throughout the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Given the Government’s latest guidelines our main office within the Thainstone Centre, Inverurie has been temporarily closed for the time being however, our team are equipped to work from home. We aim to help where we can although we hope you understand that this will involve restrictions.
